Return Policy

Returns window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us at the email below before shipping the item back.
Item condition
Returned rugs must be in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and free of stains, odors, or pet hair. Items that show signs of use or wear cannot be accepted.
Return shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked, insured service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
